Requested a Credit refund last week, still not received anything

Hello, I was wondering if you could help me.

I rang the customer line last week (04/08/17) to request a refund of the £260 credit on my account. I was told that this would be processed and the money would be in my account within 4 working days.

This deadline has now passed, and I still haven’t received anything. Please can somebody arrange to have this money paid back to me today?

I urgently need this money before next week, and can’t see any reason for this delay.

I’ve just listened back to your call from the 4th August and we did agreed to refund you £230 back to you bank account.

The promise to refund you more than what was in your account was a mistake and the what we should have said is that we can refund £185.74 back to your bank.

I have processed that refund for you now and it should be back with you in 2-4 working days. Your MyBulb account will now be left with the required 1 month’s payment, as a monthly direct debit is going through today.

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. I understand about the difference in amount, and that’s not a problem at all.

Please can I ask why it is that my payment hasn’t been processed before today? As I was told it would be 2-4 business days a full week ago, I had planned to have that money available to me by today. Obviously this is now no longer the case, and this has put me in a difficult financial position.
