I have been regularly putting readings in and all I get is ‘don’t worry’ your bill will sort itself out yet I appear to always be in Debt.

When I was with Scottish Power they always adjusted payments automatically to ensure that customers were not in debt and as it turns out they are much cheaper than bulb.

When are you going to ensure that customers are not put in this position?

Hi @kfitzy68 we try to make it clear on the Bulb account what our suggested monthly payment is and allow our members the option to adjust their payments to what is appropriate. Additionally, we review accounts quarterly using a seasonal usage model and if the suggested payment is far enough from the set payment, we will propose a change to the member.

If you’re concerned about your usage and would like to pay a little more, I’d advise altering the monthly payment on your Bulb account.
