My switch to Bulb was stopped by my previous supplier, this has been sorted now and I’m trying to Restart Switch as per instructions from Bulb. It says go to your account and hit “ Restart Switch”, but can’t find that option.

Thanks for getting in touch, I’ve restarted your switch for you. Looks like your gas was still coming over to us, which is why there was no option to restart the whole thing for you.
