Return of account credit

Good morning, w.e.f 11th October 2018, my new energy provider takes over supplying our duel fuel. I have forwarded final meter readings today to both you and my new provider. To date I am over £200 in credit, when can I expect the residue balance after deductions be returned to my bank account. Thank you.

Sorry to hear you are leaving Bulb - according to https://help.bulb.co.uk/hc/en-us/articles/360016075911-How-do-I-leave-Bulb- , it can (like switching to or from any supplier) take up to 6 weeks for the new meter readings to reach your old supplier (Bulb) and for the closing bill to be produced and the refund issued.
