Is this in reference to a referral code that somebody provided to you and you followed? If so, it’ll be best to drop Bulb an email at ( see ) with details of the referral link you used so they can investigate things.

@Vonny_t123 From your account it seems that you didn’t sign up with a referral link. Get in touch if you think this is incorrect with the referral link you meant to use.
