Is this in reference to a referral code that somebody provided to you and you followed? If so, it’ll be best to drop Bulb an email at firstname.lastname@example.org ( see https://help.bulb.co.uk/hc/en-us/articles/115001240291-How-can-I-get-in-touch-with-Bulb- ) with details of the referral link you used so they can investigate things.
@Vonny_t123 From your account it seems that you didn’t sign up with a referral link. Get in touch if you think this is incorrect with the referral link you meant to use.
