Heya @yagger_18. We’ll email you your final bill within six weeks of closing your account. Any credit on the account will be refunded once you’ve received it.
How can I check there is enough money in the account to close it.
Hey @Bell123. You can close your account at any time. If there is a debit on the account then we’ll ask for payment of outstanding debit in your final bill.
We will object to you switching if we think you owe Bulb more than one and half month’s payment and we’d prefer it if we left on equal terms.
