Just switched to Bulb last month but with the impending increase now, we are likely to switch to a non standard tariff with another provider (sorry!)but as we will have a credit on our account for the exit fees for our previous provider and also the £50 introductory amount, what will happen? Do you refund any credit amount sitting at the time of the switch?
Hi there @Glassslipper we will indeed refund you any credit (including the £50) on your account after you switch away. Your new supplier will send us your final readings (the same as the first readings they’ll be using) and we’ll give you a final bill, then automatically refund you any credit left on your account
