Samsung smartthings hub offer

Has anybod had any problems receiving the smarthings offer, i have signed up to bulb via the link in my samsung pay app and my switch was completed fully 18 days ago, they state i will receive an email from samsung within 10 days but ive had nothing, after contacting bulb on 2 occasons i was told that someone would get back to me, nothing! On the 3rd occason i was basically told that it isnt bulbs problem and that i have to try and contact samsung myself for an answer!

I’ve put links in another forum on here so have a look, As I got it sorted via Samsung smartthings got the Hub 3 and 2 plugs for a £1
