Scottish power smart meter

I have recently had smart meters fitted by ScottishPower but would like to move to bulb, am I able to do so and still use smart meters with my account?

Hi @Jules2408 we are still able to switch you over to us but at the moment, we can’t operate your first-generation smart meter in the way your existing supplier can. This means you’ll need to manually read your smart meter and submit your readings in our super simple online portal.

We’re working to integrate other suppliers’ smart meters but this won’t be until late 2018.
