I am almost 4 days without electricity at home and bulb doesn’t fixed it yet

@Bulbcagada20 first of all, this is a customer forum and you may want to speak to them direct. Also, what makes you think Bulb need to fix it? How do you know it isn’t an internal fault in your home that you need to get an electrician out for?

Because you sent someone Sunday and he could not fix the problem.
The problem is that you programmed the key with a wrong meter number.
What did you think?
It’s my problem or you don’t looks properly and put others numbers???

The guy said that Monday someone from bulb will come to reprogram the key.
But today is Wednesday and I am still waiting

@Bulbcagada20 sorry i dont think you read my first point that this is a customer forum! I am a fellow customer certainly had no involvement in the programming of a key. I strongly advice you to call their helpline!

As darry has already indicated this is a customer forum you need to contact Bulb direct.

Your 1st post did not indicate the problem hence darry`s reply, your response gives me the impression you think you are replying to Bulb…“Because you sent someone Sunday and he could not fix the problem”…
