Seeing account details for previous address?

Just moved house and took Bulb with me (very happy with them). Kept same account and log-in details, just changed supply details. Is there any way to see the usage/bills of my previous address? All I can now see is my new house.

Bulb should be able to help but I can understand otherwise you could be monitoring the new owners bills, which probably contravenes some confidentiality legislation.

At the moment, the best way to see your usage from the last property is only through the bills we’ve sent to you by email.


I’ve set up your online account correctly now and emailed a link for you to sign in. You can sign in using that link and then change your password.
