Sending a first reading

Hi, in the process of transferring to Bulb and have been asked for a first reading.
I was with Bulb at a previous address for which the account was closed in April 2019.
When I log in with my email address, the account information is for the now closed account, not for my new address (the email I receive to prompt me to send readings states my new address).
How can I log-in to send reading please.
