Sending Actual Readings

Can someone please explain how you can ensure that your monthly bill is based on your actual readings as opposed to them being estimated by Bulb themselves. Seems to be a bit of a hit and miss situation.

Hi @EllieMay123 as long as you don’t have a smart meter, then when you receive the monthly email reminders, submit it within 2/3 days of that. I submit on the day i receive that email and haven’t had an estimated bill in almost 2 years.
