I’ve just joined Bulb and am trying to send first meter readings, despite opening my account I am getting sent to my old Bulb account, closed 12 months ago. There seems to be nowhere to send meter readings! Highly frustrating, after reading some of the reports on these pages I am beginning to wonder if returning to Bulb was a good idea.

Sorry about that, that’s frustrating. This can sometimes happen when you sign up a different property, or leave and re-join Bulb, but it’s easily fixable.
I’ve just sent you a link to your ‘new’ account, so that you can add your first meter readings.
