The Bulb app doesn’t allow me to send a reading. Is this a technical blip or a system fault?
Hi @Andreux2 - it sounds like a technical blip. Could you give us any more details, so we can investigate with the tech team?
Have the same problem on an android phone…the submit button does not interact.
@PLM Are you able to advise more on this issue. Are you able to enter the reading but the button just doesn’t work? Are there any other issues with the app that might be connected?
