service from bulb

Hi has anyone asked bulb to sort a GT 1 for them in relation to an extension . we ve been try since the beginning of october and it is delaying our build. so far im considering going back to another supplier. thanks

Sorry - I haven’t. By GT 1 do you mean a ‘Gas Test 1’ (or Gas Transporter 1 test)? I was under the impression these had to be filed with your local gas distribution network provider (DSO) - see https://www.ofgem.gov.uk/key-term-explained/map-who-operates-gas-distribution-network .

I assume you’ve emailed Bulb at help@bulb.co.uk and/or called them on 0300 30 30 635 ( https://help.bulb.co.uk/hc/en-us/articles/115001240291-How-can-I-get-in-touch-with-Bulb- ) to confirm?
