Tried signing up for energy and gasand I haven’t received a joining email confirmation, I also can’t sign in to my account. I don’t know if my direct debit has been setup or not

Also dont know if my refer all has been processed

I would suggest you email Bulb via the contact listed at the bottom of this page: https://help.bulb.co.uk/hc/en-us this will make sure they have your correct email address. Also check your Spam folder in case email has arrived there in error.
