Setting Up Direct Debit?

Hi Crew,

My switch is due to happen in the next two weeks. Is it possible to set up Direct Debit payments ready for the start? Or do I need to let the first payment go by Debit Card?


I’ve just let the first payment go through on the debit card, and then phoned to setup the direct debit, which was all setup in a call lasting less than 3 minutes. I’m not sure if it can be setup before.

Hi there @martin7906! We can set you up with a direct debit from the start - just give us a ring this week (0300 30 30 635) and we’ll set that up for you.

Hi @martin7906, the first payment date is set and you can change it online afterwards. After this date you can also change the payment method as well. You can also call in like @shaun8818 to set up your Direct Debit if you prefer that payment method. It’ll take no time at all :slight_smile:
