Setting up direct debit

There is no prompt to set up Direct debit…initial set up has been debit card but prefer direct debit

You have to ring them… it’s quick and simple to do

Hey @TIna , @tom6685 is correct on this one. We’ve only got debit card on the website currently, but if you call on 0300 30 30 635 you will be through to someone in <10 seconds and we can switch you to Direct Debit if you’ve joined or sign you up with your bank details.
