Setup new online account

I’m in the process of switching to Bulb. I’ve had the welcome email, and it advises me to go online to track the switch. I enter my email address, and then click on the button “Send me a link to log in…” but no email arrives. I’ve tried from Windows and Android app. I have checked my spam folder. Any other ideas?

I’ve had an email which asks me to give meter reading, but link just takes me to community?? Tried emailing Bulb but email bounced back! Not impressed

I emailed and had a prompt response - they set up my account for me very quickly. Impressed!

We’re sorry for any confusion surrounding your meter readings. I can see that your email came in last night and Harley got back to you this morning - we’ve reset your account so you shouldn’t have anymore trouble submitting those readings.
