I am unable to log in to provide meter readings. My email address is not recognised despite having numerous emails from Bulb!
I am unable to log in as I’m not receiving, email to log in.
The email field is case sensitive, so maybe you used caps for your initials when you signed up. You’d need to do the same every time you log on.
Today, I also have the problem with my email address not being found meaning i can not log in. It has always worked in the past so it must an issue with the Bulb systems.

Please email email@example.com with your meter readings and we’ll put them in for you.
