via laptop ok, not via smartphone app.

Tried countless times to sign in via my iPhone (Safari) today, but no joy. Works first time via laptop. Email/password are correct. What could be going on?

Hi @willmow, could you please clear your cache in Safari? The following website has information on how to do that.

Hi James, no joy. Access via iOS Safari isn’t happy, while via Mac OS it is. If you’re sure it’s not Bulb’s fault I’ll look elsewhere.
