Every time I sign in I get an error message saying it can’t find my account

I am getting the same thing, i am hoping this isn’t a bad sign as im due to move over on the 9th and by the 4th i am supposed to be giving meter readings

@moggy1964 @StevenC I have tested the login from our side. Could you try again as it is working for me. If not could you let us know what browser/device you are using?

@“DanP at Bulb” its all working now, but last night both the website and the app had issues for me.

Hi @StevenC We experienced a one-off issue with our website on the evening of 1st May. This was caused by one of our systems going down.

All is back up and running now. Please let us know if you experience any other problems.

@“Sam at Bulb” Thanks for your reply. Just entered 1st set of meter readings, all set for change over now on the 9th!
