I moved out of my old house ( so closed bulb account ) and have created a new account
to switch to bulb in the new house. Have used same email id. all went ok. screen displayed a message that my services will be switched on 23rd of April. but i still haven’t received any email confirmation. is it normal?
if no email then i have no proof that i imitated this switch.

You should be getting a welcome email when you switch to us, I can see you have used the same email ID.
You should also have a dropdown menu in your account to view the old and new address.
I will request for a new welcome email to be sent to you.
