Signing in to account

I am trying to sign in to my account to enter my meter readings but I can’t sign in - please help!

It looks like we’re having a few problems with logging in this morning. Our tech team are on the case at the moment. When we have updates we’ll update this discussion here -

In the meantime, just email your readings to and we’ll pop them in for you.
