Simple Questions

As a new Bulb customer this switching lark is all new to me. I do however expect a sensible ‘Help’ section not a ‘Community’ section that just allows people to gripe with apparently no real input from Bulb.
Yes I am old school and expect a human response to any question I ask. To date I have had 3 automated replies and one ‘human’ response that failed to grasp the question. So what does one do? So far, other than the £50 new customer ‘reward’ and slightly cheaper kWh rate I see no advantage of the switch especially as I now have solar panels and pumping god knows how much back into the grid and getting bugger all back, excuse my French.
I am seriously considering reverting back yo my old supplier as to date, Build seems rather dim.
