Hi, I would like to submit a new meter reading before my bill comes out. The form only allows me to submit two readings whereas my meter only has one number. How can I get around this?

It looks like Bulb may have received incorrect technical information about your meter (such as they’ve been told it’s an Economy 7/dual-tariff one).
