Site has been down for days…too stressful how do I cancel my switch?
Get your current provider to cancel from their end
Problem is I couldn’t set up a new account with them as they already provide to the property…will have to call them
I’m sorry to hear you had issues getting your switch cancelled. I see my colleague has already responded to your email.
I’ve also let them know my recommendation of what we can do to fix this.
