Smart credit meters

I asked to be switched from top up to a credit account, smart credit meters have been installed at my property and I’m paying by Direct Debit monthly but on my online shows as Prepay???
Can anyone tell me what’s happening?

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I have just checked over your account. It has been switched over the a credit account.

When you log into the Bulb app home page. You will see your address is in a white box with a drop down. If you click down through the options - 2 of the accounts say ‘Your account is now closed’ and the other one is your open credit account.

Please let me know if that makes sense and if you have any further questions.
