Smart final meter reading

Hi Team ,

Do I need to submit final meter reads manually for smart meter when moving out?please confirm as I am getting emails to submit reads

I’m sure it wouldn’t upset things if you did submit readings anyway.

@Anton59 is dead on here - we can certainly pull smart reads on your move date, but we can definitely take manual reads as well.

I can see you’ve let us know you’re moving already, so you can enter in your readings in your Bulb account. We’ll send you a final bill for anything owed or to let you know if there’s any credit to be refunded in 2-3 weeks.

Not only would i submit readings I’d also take photos just for backup
