Hi, in the process of switching to bulb and my gas meter is bust so cannot get a reading (new smart meter that is giving no reading since 28/12/17). Please advise how to handle (switching from Extra Energy), I have emailed you last weekend but not heard back yet and you are asking again for the reading! Thanks!

If that still doesn’t help, drop us a picture of the meter at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll try to get it sorted!
