Smart meter and estimated bills

Hi,

My smart meter was installed in March. After few weeks with gas readings only, every seems to work fine. Also I was told that meters was finally commissioned by bulb. However, I am still on the estimated bills despite numerous email to bulb and have no options to enter my actual readings on their website.
What is going on bulb ?
Please help ! Get this sorted. What is the point of having a smart meter ?
