Smart meter and home display

We had our smart meter fitted on Tuesday. Our home display is saying now exactly what it said on Tuesday. The time is wrong too. Have tried turning it off and on but nothing works. The engineers said there may be a problem and we might have to press some buttons on our gas meter? Not a lot of help. Any ideas?

Call them tomorrow. Bulb can do a remote reset.
