Hi, I’m hoping someone can help.
We have recently moved house and stayed with Bulb.
We received our smart meter at our old house a couple of months ago and I wasn’t sure if the meter stayed with the person or the house.
So…when we moved, I brought the meter but at the new house there is also a meter. I have the new meter plugged in but Bulb is saying that I haven’t sent new meter readings to start up my account. I have sent electric because I can read that on the meter but can’t read the gas one.
I don’t know what to do?! Please help
