Smart meter appointment cancelled

Hi - Why has my installation appointment been cancelled without explanation (with less than one working days notice). Also why is it not possible to book a new appointment using the link on the cancellation email.

None of us fellow customers on this forum know the answer to at least your first question. Have you tried contacting Bulb direct?
