Smart meter battery

Hi, I’ve gone to read the gas meter and it has nothing displaying and isn’t responding to any buttons being pressed or held. I presume this must be the battery having run out. The meter is a Landis+Gyr Libra 310P. Is this something I can sort myself or do I need to organise through Bulb?

Hi James, I’ve emailed you to get some more details but it sounds like we may have to get an engineer out to take a look at the meter!
