If my smart meter shows usage this month dating from the 1st of the month, but my billing date is the 22nd, can I change my billing date so they’re from the same day?
Absolutely, if you change the payment date via the payment settings page of the Bulb account, we will shift your billing date to match. So you can set it to the 1st of each month so it lines up with the info you are shown on your smart meter.
