Hi, I got Smart meter fitted in August but my bills are still estimated?
Although my meter was only installed on 2nd October this is the same problem for me.
Do others have experience on how long it takes to switch to bills being produced from the smart meter?
I think you have 2 options here
- During the 3 days before your payment date, try submitting a manual reading.
If that does not work. Try option 2.
- Drop your direct debit down to £5
