Had a smart meter fitter almost a year ago and I am still waiting for an in home display!! At first I was told it was because the meter wasn’t connecting to the system. Then I was told they were out of stock -so how can bulb still be advertising and fitting smart meters if they have no stock??? I just want an IHD !!!

I’m sorry to hear that you still haven’t received an in-home display unit (IHD). You are on the waitlist to receive one but at the moment we still do not have one to send out to you.
I do understand you have had an incredibly long wait and I completely appreciate your frustration and disappointment. We will send you one as soon as we are able to.
