Smart meter - can I get one?

Are bulb still delivering smart meters to customers? I’m having difficultly sorting this via the website. Everywhere just says go to the account page, but there is nothing there!

I wouldnt hold your breath, mine were meant to be fitted in February, the appointments were cancelled on the day. Still waiting for the missed appointment compensation

It looks like you already have a smart meter although non-compliant so is currently not communicating with the network. We are working on ways to read these meters so currently are unable to install new ones.

Hi @Robyn_at_Bulb, if someone could look into and reply to the email I sent on 22 june and get back to me it would be a start. 3 weeks and still no reply is getting frustrating
