Smart meter can’t see how much credit I have

I’ve been changed onto top up on my smart meter for gas and electric since last Wednesday and it still says that they having problems and come back later I can’t see what credit I have left on gas and electric

I am sorry for the confusion with this, I can see your account is still in credit mode so currently, you do not need to make top-up payments.
