Smart Meter Cancelled by Engineer


My smart meter installation was cancelled by the engineer as he found a gas leak at the job prior to mine. He called me up and explained the situation. I was told that someone from Bulb would contact me to arrange another date. I’ve waited a few days and I’ve not been contacted and when I try and book a new installation I get an error message on the Bulb site.

Would appreciate some advice on how to progress this.
