Smart meter concern

Hi there. I just joined BULB as from 1st of June 2018. Smart meter was working ok at change over and final readings sent to BULB and confirmed and accepted. Today 11/06/2018 I just returned home after visiting family over the weekend for 3 days and on my return I noticed that my smart meter reading after 7 hours of being at home I notice the reading is static at 000. Should I be concerned or is this because I am a new customer. Cheers. Brian

@Brian61uk Is this the portable display unit you are referring to?

Those units will not be working once you have switched supplier as they only work with the supplier that installed the device.
