Smart Meter Credit

I had my smart meter installed on Friday 27th may, I had a credit of £35 on the meter beforehand and the guy told me it would take a couple days to transfer over but I’ve still not received this.
Can somebody advise when this will transfer over???

The process of transferring credit over to your meter can take up to 5 working days. If you still have not received the credit by now please let me know :point_down:
