our british gas ihd/smart meters (only installed within the last year) are now showing no data and no history. only noticed this has changed in the last few days. will they not even feed data to our ihd now we’ve switched to bulb?

You’d hope so, but it depends what the outgoing supplier does. When I switched from Scottish Power the IHD kept working as normal, except of course with the wrong tariff information. Some suppliers seem to “switch off” the IHD when a switch takes place, which doesn’t really make any sense but there you go.
