Display was fitted 4 weeks ago and has never worked.why fit when there was already known issues with the displays.
Hi @Millarp4, I appreciate your concerns on this. We know that it is frustrating that the display is not working correctly for your meter. We are working hard to fix this at the moment as this has been a larger problem than we have anticipated. Having said that, the display not working is not a fundamental flaw to the smart meter, it is still operating as a smart meter and we will be able to see the readings, these have not been lost. We will be able to get the display up and running soon.
