Can anyone help I had smart meter installed on 16th april and there was a problem with the display the engineer couldn’t get the display to work at all, I was told it would be couple of days for a new one to arrive but it didn’t I contacted buld after 2 weeks and they told me they will order one and will take 6 weeks, it’s now coming to july and 14 weeks later I have received nothing ?
I’m not surprised. Bulb currently seem to be at sixes and sevens with both customer service and smart meters.
I’ve been waiting since 10 April to get both my Smart Meter and IHD to work. I’ve had 2 visits and been told I’m on the priority list for an answer, when one is available. Meanwhile, I’ve gone back to taking manual readings.
