Smart Meter doesn’t work


IHD and Smart Meter do not work. Has been reset numerous times.

No payment was taken since instal over a year ago. This was rectified in May.

Monthly payments are being taken but bills are estimates?

Please can this be looked at? Tried to use online chat previously but waiting times were prohibitive.

Welcome to the community. I’m sorry to hear about the issues that you’ve had with us. We’ll look into this for you of course.

I’ve just sent you an email, so that we can look into why your statements are estimated and your IHD is not showing data.
