Smart Meter Fault


I had a smart meter fitted last week and it is only displaying Gas usage, not Electric and Gas. The Red, Amber and Green lights which show current usage also don’t light up (other then when I turn it on). Also the buttons on the monitor are awful and I can’t really navigate thro the menus properly. The buttons either don’t register a press or register 3 or 4 in one go!!

Have I got a faulty meter or are they all just a bit naff??!!

Hi, did you ever get an answer to this as my smart meter has the same issue?

Had one for over a month now, called when first connected as only gas showed, was told it could take up to 3 weeks for electricity to register. Called again this morning told it would be over a month before it was sorted as lots of meters have problems !!
