How do I get a smart meter
Ask bulb to put you on the waiting list, if that is what you really really want?

As you currently have a prepayment meter, the first step is getting in touch with us to request a soft credit check, which is to check your eligibility to pay via direct debit. The results of this take 2-3 working weeks.
Once we get the results, we check your meter set up to make sure your property is compatible with a smart meter, and then we can get a date booked in for the installation.
